These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the CoreLine Auto Solutions website, services, and SMS messaging program (collectively, the "Services") operated by CoreLine Auto Solutions ("CoreLine," "we," "us"). By using the Services or opting in to receive text messages from us, you agree to these Terms.
2. Use of the Services
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.
3. SMS Messaging Program

- When you opt in, CoreLine will send you transactional and operational text messages related to your account and business activity with us. This may include vehicle and inventory updates, payment and float notifications, scheduling and pickup confirmations, account or authentication messages, and customer-support replies. We do not send marketing or promotional messages.
- Message frequency
- Message frequency varies based on your activity with CoreLine. You can expect to receive messages only when there is an operational event tied to your account (typically a few messages per week, more during active periods).
- Message and data rates
- Message and data rates may apply. CoreLine does not charge a fee for the messages themselves, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging and data rates will apply to each message sent or received. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
- Opt-out instructions
- You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and you will not receive additional messages unless you opt in again. You can opt in again at any time by replying START.
- Help / support
- For help with the SMS program, reply HELPto any message, or contact us at support@corelineautosolutions.com. Supported carriers include all major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Privacy
- Your mobile information and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
4. Intellectual property
All content, branding, and software made available through the Services are owned by CoreLine or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
5. Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CoreLine will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
